Cancellation Policy

All services at PMU+MD Aesthetics by Christine require a virtual consultation prior to scheduling. This consultation includes a brief photo and/or video assessment to ensure client is an appropriate candidate for treatment and to customize an individualized plan. Virtual consultations are reserved exclusively. for serious inquiries. Payment Policy: To secure an appointment, payment is required at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit is applied toward the total treatment cost. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, in accordance with our standard policy. Appointments without timely payment are subject to cancellation. Refund Policy: All deposits and service payments are non-refundable. Because each treatment requires personalized preparation, product allocation, and licensed medical oversight, PMU+MD Aesthetics does not offer refunds for cancellations, scheduling changes, or treatment outcomes. Credits may be extended on a case-by-case basis when approved by management. Travel & House Call Services: PMU+MD Aesthetics extends VIP house-visit appointment upon request. A travel fee applies and is determined by distance, scheduling requirements, and service selection. House-call bookings follow the same deposit, payment, and no-refund policy listed above. General Policies All services take place in one of our luxe spa medical locations or approved travel destinations. Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce treatment time or require rescheduling. Treatment plans, product selection, and final results vary by individual anatomy and provider assessment. Services are performed under licensed physician supervision.
